MetalLink Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Recertification

Audit Completed Successfully

We are pleased to announce that MetalLink has successfully completed its ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit, conducted by an accredited third-party certification body. The audit was carried out across all of our operational sites and covered the full scope of our quality management system — from supplier qualification and incoming inspection through to final delivery and customer feedback processes.

Zero major non-conformities were raised during the audit, reflecting the maturity and effectiveness of our quality controls.

Scope of Certification

The certification covers all aspects of MetalLink's operations including:

  • Procurement and supplier management — approved mill list maintenance, source inspection, and mill certificate verification
  • Incoming and in-process quality control — dimensional inspection, chemical analysis review, and mechanical property verification
  • Storage and preservation — segregation by grade, heat number traceability, and proper handling to prevent damage
  • Logistics and delivery — packing specifications, documentation accuracy, and on-time delivery tracking
  • Customer satisfaction monitoring — structured feedback collection and corrective action management

Our Commitment to Continuous Improvement

Recertification is not the end of the process — it is a checkpoint. Our quality team has defined a set of improvement objectives for the next certification cycle, focused on further digitising our quality records, expanding our non-destructive testing capabilities in-house, and strengthening our supplier audit programme.

We thank our customers and partners for their continued trust, and reaffirm our commitment to delivering steel products that consistently meet the specifications and expectations of every project.
